About the Author:
Prior to her illness, Michelle Toole was Executive Director of a non-profit organization in Prescott, AZ. Her contribution to the community was extensive where she developed and fully implemented a multifaceted information, referral and crisis intervention center capable of meeting the needs of both the general consumer and non-profit agencies. She took a leadership role within the community to develop programs that would eliminate gaps in services and ensure continuity of services for clients amongst non-profit organizations.
