March 23, 2007 - Miami Rice Pudding Company is happy to announce the signing on of 3 franchise agreements with Ellie Knapp of Henderson Nevada.
Ms. Knapp the owner of Knapp Reality is planning to open her first Miami Rice Pudding Company Cafe in Downtown Henderson in the coming months in addition to two more Miami Rice Pudding Company in two mall locations.
Miss Knapp stated that she was excited to be starting at the ground level with an "up and coming" company.
"A company serving a satisfying and healthy dessert is long overdue."
