May 15, 2006 - The Mia Infusion Grill and Vertical Roaster can grill, steam, smoke and roast on any heat surface indoors or outdoors. It is made of 18/10 Stainless steel and it is dishwasher safe. Multiple flavors can be infused directly into the food, creating new flavor combinations. Never again will you need to marinate your food. Steam and smoke can be mixed. Smoked food will never be dry. The Mia Grill is self basting and self flavoring. It reduces whole poultry cooking time by 1/3. Mia grills from the inside out while simultaneously infusing flavor. The Mia Grill cooks whole poultry or pieces, small vegetables, seafood, meats, pasta and rice.
