January 06, 2007 - The "Detectamet MSR" material is a specially formulated grade of Silicone Rubber, Blue in colour and offers the following:
"Detectamet MSR" is a metal detectable general purpose compound having good mechanical properties. Features include good heat stability inside temperature range, supplied in specific colour; Blue.
Shore hardness; 45° +/- 5°
Elongation at break; 600 %
Tensile strength; 8.0 MPA
Tear strength; 15 KN/M
Specific gravity; 1.2
Temp range; -70°C to +200°C
Compression set; 36%
