November 03, 2008 - Crismon Peaks Assisted & Independent Living announces a holiday open house at their upscale, eco-friendly senior community, 11 a.m. - 5 p.m. Sunday, November 23. Crismon Peaks Assisted & Independent Living is located at 10027 E Hillview Street, Mesa Arizona, 85207 just north of the intersection of Brown and Crismon Roads. This event is a free pre-grand opening look at the luxury, eco-friendly, private home community for Assisted & Independent Living which is leading the industry in senior living. No RSVP necessary.
Interested residents are invited to meet the staff, tour the homes, partake of food and refreshments and learn more about the programs of care, education and lifestyle enhancement offered to residents of the Community, opening January 2009. "This is a terrific, fun opportunity to find out what the Crismon Peaks Assisted & Independent Living has to offer, whether you are a patient, neighbor, caregiver, or friend," says Meryl Schmitz, Operations Director at the Crismon Peaks Community.
Invitations are also extended to those who are interested in building or outfitting green, sustainable homes and commercial properties. The custom homes in the Crismon Peaks Assisted & Independent Living community were built by Structural Technology Custom Homes, LLC using green and eco-friendly technology incorporating air, water and laundry purification, as well as energy saving alternatives, which are just some of the green, eco-friendly components showcased at the event. There will be opportunities during the open house to view and learn about these technologies which are available for residential and commercial use.
Reservations for the Community are being accepted now for The Bridge Home, an Assisted Living Home, with 6,100 square feet and 9 spacious suites to choose from. Also available is The Peaks Home, an Independent Living Home, with 6,000 square feet of living space and 9 spacious suites to choose from. Both homes will be available for viewing at the open house and virtual tours are available on the Crismon Peaks Assisted & Independent Living website (http://www.CrismonPeaksAssistedLiving.com) Due to limited availability, interested parties are urged to complete a Letter of Interest to reserve their selection.
