January 31, 2007 - Merger Announcement: Newport Computer Services, Inc.
Newport Computer Services, Inc. of Newfields, NH, USA, is pleased to announce its merger with Newcore Asset Services, Inc. The merger, completed in December 2006, brings together the two companies into a single entity, Newport Computer Services, Inc. and a single brand “Newport Computer Services”.
Newport and Newcore have experienced significant business growth in recent years. These two companies have been successful in developing value-based services for their customers with a view to building long-term relationships. While always functioning together, the combination of the resources and expertise in the merged entity will allow for a seamless and coordinated approach to delivery of greater value to customers in Assets Recovery and Sales. The new company will be known as Newport Computer Services.
