Memory Of Victims To “Case Of People’s Revolutionary Party” Honored

(1888PressRelease) April 20, 2007 - The preparatory committee for the 32nd memorial functions to remember the April 9 pro-reunification martyrs in south Korea reportedly held an event to honor the memory of the victims to the “case of the People’s Revolutionary Party” in Taegu on April 7.

The speakers said the event marked the start of the movement for a thorough probe into the case of April 9, 1975 and the reinstatement of the victims.

They held that the “government” should probe the truth behind the case in a responsible manner and the security institutions and conservative media involved in the case should make an apology.

At the end of the event the participants marched through streets.
