July 25, 2007 - Poet ANASTASIA CLARK announces she will do a free Poetry Reading / Book Signing at The Wallflower Gallery on Sunday July 29, 2007 from 2:00-3:00pm. Guests will receive a free pen. The event is part of Spiritual Spa Sunday, a day long free event (11:00am-4:00pm) to celebrate the mind, body and soul. Other activities will include a belly dance show, holistic presentations and spiritual readings. Related merchandise will also be for sale. The gallery is located at 10 NE 3rd St, Miami, FL 33132. Clark is the author of several full-length poetry books, including Grieving With Poetry, Bloodsongs - poetry about women’s issues, Skeletons and Other Complaints and Vagabond Pond. She is also the author of the POETRY PETALS chapbook collection- themed booklets designed for gift and floral baskets. Titles include Friendship Poems, Healing Poems, Holiday Poems, Humorous Poems, Inspirational Poems, Kaleidoscope Poems, Nostalgic Poems and Romantic Poems. Clark grew up in Framingham, MA, where she served as Poet-In-Residence to the Public Schools during 1977-78. She currently resides in Miramar, FL and does appearances at schools, libraries, bookstores, galleries, and other venues.
