December 18, 2006 - Medsynaptic today announced the launch of its Patented product eXray Box. eXray Box is a Teleradiology ready film digitizer which can be used to convert conventional X Ray films to digital format. The X Ray films are digitized almost instantly and are available in DICOM format. Images can be enhanced by processing them and can be printed on DICOM printers. Images can also be sent to a webserver for teleradiology reporting directly from the eXray Box. It is targetted towards users who require film archiving, mobile imaging companies, multicenter X Ray clinics, remote X ray centers who do not have access to radiologists.
