CEDI is the electronic front-end for all Durable Medical Equipment’s Medicare Area Contractors.
“This will allow us to file claims in the ANSI 837 formats directly to Medicare, avoiding clearinghouses and allowing us to receive the ANSI 835 explanation of benefits from Medicare for automatic posting of payments to patient accounts,” said Meyer.
Medical Business Associates also recently announced that they have been approved for direct submission to Cigna for both ANSI 837 and ANSI 835 transactions through Post-N-Track ( www.post-m-track.com ).
