Mediasophia President George Magalios Creates Scholarship at Carnegie Mellon University's School of Art

Mr. Magalios graduated with a Master's Degree in Fine Arts at Carnegie Mellon in 2001. "I am proud to start this scholarship of $1,000 per year for a graduate student in financial need", states Mr. Magalios. The scholarship will be offered in the name of The Magalios Family and is one of the first created as part of Mediasophia's initiative of offering 10% of all profits for scholarship funding.
Mr Magalios continues: "I loved my time at Carnegie Mellon and I met some wonderful people during my studies there who are close friends. The program at CMU is quite at the leading edge of contemporary art education and my experiences at the School of Art and in Pittsburgh played a big role in the creation of Mediasophia."
