September 13, 2007 - G. Kim McDonald has been named vice president of sales and marketing for Branson Creek, the residential and golf development just south of Branson, MO.
A Branson resident since 1993, McDonald has helped with the successful launch and development of several area properties including the former Fairfield Communities, now a Wyndham property, one of the most successful sites in the Fairfield system. More than 300 home sites and golf villas sold in the first year at Branson Hills under his direction, where he served as president of marketing.
Prior to his joining the Branson Creek team, McDonald was instrumental in condominium sales and marketing at Branson Landing and at the Payne Stewart Golf Club, both well known HCW Development properties.
