May 06, 2008 - Gerry Marrone has joined ICC/Decision Services, a leading provider of Customer Experience Management solutions as Senior Vice President of Brand & Agency Development.
In his new position, Marrone will spearhead many of the firm’s brand and agency initiatives including audits and ROI metrics in such areas as consumer events, in-store compliance and product placement.

Gerry has over 20 years of experience developing results-driven programs for consumer packaged goods companies, retailers and agencies. He has held senior level positions at PromoWorks, a leading in-store marketing services firm; Eventive Marketing, an experiential marketing agency and part of the Omnicom Group; FrontLine Marketing & CBS Outernet, a company specializing in in-store media; Iconoculture, part of the consumer facing research industry; and Crossmark, one of the country’s largest professional business services firms. He holds undergraduate degrees in Retail Merchandising & Management and in Marketing.
Gerry lives in Middletown, NJ with his wife Karen and their three children.
