  • Atlanta, GA (1888PressRelease) January 23, 2014 - Youtube sensation, Marquese Scott, made history today reaching 100 million views in one single video with his performance of " Pumped Up Kicks". CBS called his performance "simply mind blowing", Ellen DeGeneres "incredible", Gather named it "the best dubstep ever seen or performed by anyone - period ", and Perez Hilton said " seriously, this guy makes Michael Jackson's moonwalk look like a stroll in the park. The video was featured front page news on MSN.com, The Huffington Post, CBSNews, AND YahooNews.

"Marquese Scott is one of the most sought dancers in the world. His Youtube channel has almost 250 million total views, with over 1 million subscribers. His fan base is growing every day and they are very loyal to him, that's why he has become a hot commodity within the advertising industry". - says Aris Golemi, President of Xcel Talent Agency.

Scott dances to dubstep, a type of music that originated in London, United Kingdom, and his dance incorporates elements of animation, waving, and popping. His videos are not aided by trick photography, but rather reflect his body movements in real time, and are un-choreographed. Following Pumped Up Kicks, Scott has appeared twice on The Ellen DeGeneres Show and in various television and online commercials. He has traveled the world representing major brands like Google, Coca-Cola, Peugeot, Ferrari, iRobot, Audio Technica, and Pepsi among many others.

    About Marquese Scott:
Marquese Scott was born November 5, 1981 in Englewood, California. He began dancing while in high school in Indianapolis, Indiana, joining friends in a dance circle at a local skating rink. After high school he joined the military and continued to dance. After leaving the Navy in 2003, he moved to Atlanta, Georgia where he met other dancers and learned dance technique and began uploading YouTube videos of himself dancing in public places. While he had appeared on So You Think You Can Dance and America's Got Talent with his dance crew Remote Kontrol it wasn't until his 53rd YouTube upload, a video of himself dancing to a Butch Clancy remix of Foster the People's Pumped Up Kicks in 2011, that he gained notoriety for his dancing.
