June 12, 2009 - The Willingboro public library hosts “Cooking in the Café 4” with celebrity chef Maria Liberati. On Monday, June 15 at 7 p.m. Liberati brings people back to the basics of Italian cooking with a demonstration and book signing.
Liberati will read portions from her bestselling book, the Basic Art of Italian Cooking followed by a demonstration of her culinary skills for the audience to sample, and conclude with a book signing. Audience members will also get a glimpse into her upcoming book, The Basic Art of Italian Cooking: Holidays & Special Occasions.
The event is free and open to all. Please come with an appetite and a curiosity to learn something new about authentic Italian cuisine with Maria Liberati.
