June 18, 2008 - New Delhi: www.makaan.com, the fastest growing online real estate portal by People Group, recently concluded a mega property show in Kolkata on 14th & 15th June 2008. The show was held at The Spring Club, EM Bypass. The fair witnessed participation from over 10 leading developers, showcasing 30 new projects. Properties ranging from 10 lac to 5 crore were on display & included options like apartments, villas and flats.
Providing a platform for detailed interaction between property seekers and builders, the two-day show is expected to close business worth 22 crores. Exceeding all expectations, the show attracted over 4000 genuine property seekers including 1313 families. This is the highest participation that any property show, organized in Kolkata has seen over the last 6 months.
