January 29, 2009 - With the New Year brings a renewed focus and desire to succeed. We have continued to experience excellent growth over recent years and look forward to doing so for many years to come. Taking this into consideration, Magnetic Automation Corp has brought about some changes within its organizational structure, creating two new positions and opening up a pre-existing one in order to capitalize on future growth potential in all markets.
Brian McNeill, who previously served as Business Development Manager for Magnetic, has been promoted to the newly created position of Sales Director. He is now responsible for overall coordination, functional management and leadership of all sales activities related to the business. In addition to overseeing all in house and outside sales functions, he is also responsible for the development and execution of all sales and marketing strategies for the company.
With his many years experience and vast knowledge of the parking industry, Chris Fuchs has been promoted to the newly created position of Manager OEM Sales. His primary responsibilities are to identify, cultivate and help support our parking control hardware OEM partner base. This market continues to evolve and offers high growth potential for both Magnetic and its partners.
Finally, there have been a couple of additional changes since the New Year which has opened up the current job opportunity we have available at this time (check out our website). Regional Sales Engineer Vince Vito, who is physically located in Chicago, previously covered our West Coast territory and has been reassigned to cover the Midwest/Mid-Northern states. Meanwhile, Regional Sales Engineer Glenn Dacey, originally from the New England Area, is now responsible for the Northeast. We are currently seeking a new Regional Sales Engineer who is more centrally located in our West Coast territory and expect to have someone in place by the beginning of the second quarter.
