M.G.I. extended its services in 2008 and its engineers recently undertook Low Carbon Consultant training with the Chartered Institute of Building Services Engineers (CIBSE) so that they can issue EPC's and DEC's along with the required Advisory Reports to complete TM44 Air conditioning inspections (EPBD) and current legislation requirements state that as of the 4th of January 2009 it is a requirement for certain systems above 250 kilowatts to be inspected.
