August 19, 2009 - Head of corporate and business law department partner Lucie Bergen was recently recognized for providing first-rate client service to Kuan & Partners ' clients. The HLI Consulting Group identified Bergen and 175 other leading practitioners nationwide as "2009 Client Service All-Stars" after conducting more than 270 individual interviews with corporate counsel at Fortune 1000 companies and other large organizations to determine the quality of service they receive.
The lawyers receiving this recognition were singled out, by name, in an unprompted manner as delivering superior client service.

Bergen practices in the Corporate Department and is a member of the firm's Private Investment Funds Group and Private Equity Transactions Group. Her practice focuses on providing advice to sponsors of private equity funds and other types of private capital pools as well as to traditional corporate clients.
