While we were there for our interview, a phone call came in with the question – “What else will I pay?” “Nothing,” remarked Mickelson. With the friendly advice on the other line to “ought to raise your prices,” there was some contemplation, “Nahh… I don’t want to raise our price. It’s a simple structure with an honest price.” With another rental agreement in the works, Mickelson just smiled from ear to ear knowing that she’s finally on to something.
