May 16, 2009 - In their joint venture Teva and Lonza will cooperate to develop, manufacture and market a number of affordable, efficacious and safe generic equivalents of a selected portfolio of biologic pharmaceuticals.
Teva and Lonza have now completed all formalities related to the establishment of the joint venture.
