February 02, 2008 - Our amenities include a shower house, coin laundry, catering kitchen for special events, firewood, picnic tables, camp stoves, group functions facilities and riverside hiking trails in a quiet country setting. Pets are welcome on a leash so don’t worry about leaving your best friend at home. 18 wheelers, our ground is re-enforced and is Big Rig Friendly. Telephone or highspeed internet access are available at the sites.
Longrider’s Edmonton RV Park is proud of it’s pristine facilities with a year round care taker to make sure every aspect of our grounds is well care for to make your stay here a wonderful one.
Longrider’s Edmonton RV Park is much more with equestrian trails for horseback riding. All rides are accompanied with a guide who will take you around and on the scenic Sturgeon River Valey and historic Athabasca Landing trail. Our trails are open May 1 to November 1st and we have lots of visitors from schools, community leagues, birthdays, stags & stagettes and church groups. Any large groups are welcome!
We welcome your community league or corporation to experience something new! Sleigh Rides Edmonton, we can bring our horse drawn sleighs and wagons to you or you bring your group to us. If transporting your group to Gibbons is inconvenient, or if you do not have a park in your community that would accommodate a team and wagon, we have access to many facilities throughout Edmonton and will be happy to accommodate you as best we can. We offer sleigh rides during the winter months and wagon rides during the summer. For an extra memories, you can choose from our variety of themed rides, hay rides and finish off your trip with a bonfire.
