October 10, 2008 - “We had a few different places in mind when we were considering expanding to the east coast,” said Chris Owens, President, LoneStar Fiberglass Pools. “We felt Georgia made sense because of its close proximity to some expanding markets for fiberglass pools. The expansion will help us place pools much closer to these growing markets, which is important to our dealers for shipping purposes.”
The expansion gives LoneStar Fiberglass Pools a strong east coast presence and positions the company to quickly grow the east coast market. The new facility will immediately begin servicing dealers in Florida, Georgia, Alabama, North Carolina and South Carolina.
