May 14, 2009 - NYC, New York – Rey Young, owner of Footknote.com is temporarily putting his business on hold to participate in an online event designed to bring awareness of social micro-blogging all across the country.
This on-going event is taking place on Footknote.com, where we are building a community of friends and co-workers who network and share resources to build their online businesses. By July 2009, we hope to establish a community that bands together to bring awareness of how important micro-blogging is for online business communities everywhere. The event includes business marketing information, resources and stories of inspiration to motivate visitors to join and participate in using our services.
Young is personally contributing to this event by promoting this event to certain advertising networks.
Despite the growing awareness of social micro blogging, there are still people who do not take advantage these services online.
According to online news, Micro-Blogging is defined as a quick update usually containing a very limited number of characters. It is a popular feature of social networks like Facebook where you can update your status, but it has become best known because of social mirco-blogger leader Twitter .
Says Young "In essence, micro-blogging is for people who want a blog, but don't want to create and maintain a blog". I'm just here to help others built a relationship by spreading the word about what others are thinking online, supporting friends, family and co-workers in promoting any ideas or thoughts they may have to people on the web.
footknote can be found on the world wide web at www.google.com. To participate in Social Micro-Blogging Awareness the website can be found at www.footknote.com.
