December 16, 2008 - WSI has recently established the Area Representative program, a model whereby selected individuals in the network are appointed to represent their regions. Jerry’s responsibilities are to help ensure all WSI Consultants in his region continue to achieve maximum success in their businesses.
Area Representative Responsibilities:
• Regional business strategy and planning
• Coaching and mentoring WSI Consultants in the area
• Coordinate regional training sessions, such as workshops, guest speakers, tutorials, webinars for the region, and also teach on WSI required skills, such as:
o Internet marketing (SEO/PPC/Email marketing)
o Sales and marketing
o Customer account management
o One-on-one coaching
• Regional co-op marketing campaign coordination (local branding and advertising efforts)
