October 12, 2008 - HOPE for Georgia, a non-profit community outreach organization, announces that it will be bringing Christmas to local children though a holiday bicycle giveaway. HOPE will be dispersing hundreds of bicycles and helmets in this inaugural holiday outreach program to children who would otherwise miss out on Christmas.
HOPE for Georgia has teamed with local businesses and other contributors to act on the vision of its founder, Ritchie Miller. Exhibiting a true spirit of participation, HOPE for Georgia has lent a helping hand to those in need by providing support and assistance in a variety of ways. The organization has touched the Metro community through food distribution, school supply donations, and community enrichment events.
"I believe that HOPE for Georgia is going to make a major impact in the lives of thousands of children," says founder Ritchie Miller.
This holiday season, HOPE for Georgia has reached out to local, regional, and state civic and political leaders to expand the scope of its outreach. In the wake of today’s uncertain economic times, HOPE has stepped up to the challenge of making a difference in the lives of those in need.
