Boston, MA-NH (1888PressRelease) September 13, 2007 - There’s a new show in town that proves you don’t have to go far or spend a lot of money to stay active and healthy in Weymouth. The new TV show called Back to Your Sensestm will introduce residents and visitors to a variety of options available in and around the town.

“Time and money are two of the most popular objections I hear about why people aren’t getting enough physical activity in their daily routine,” says Stacey Shipman, the host of Back to Your Sensestm, the owner of Let it Flowtm and a resident of Weymouth.

The show will highlight a variety of healthy living options around the area including the parks, ponds, local gyms and studios, family and pet friendly locations, no cost options and individual interviews. The first episode is a yoga class, led by Shipman, also a certified yoga instructor, that can be practiced your living room. Show reviews and interviews will be posted in her blog for future reference.

Whether you enjoy walking, hiking, biking, paddling or yoga, there are a variety of choices to help you and your family stay active and have fun year round. Shipman’s show will serve to introduce people to what is available. “Keeping people informed will help them draw conclusions and utilize the parks and facilities that are best suited to them. It’s nice to know there are options based on convenience, cost, and personal interests.”

The show currently airs on Weymouth Community TV Channel 10 on Tuesdays at 9am and 6pm and Thursday at 6pm. Broadcast in other towns coming soon.
