April 21, 2009 - Licensing Direct™, a South Florida-based leader in the product licensing field for over a decade, is pleased to announce its participation in the 2008 edition of the National Hardware Show with Lawn and Garden World, taking place May 6th-8th at the Las Vegas Convention Center in Las Vegas, Nevada. The event is also co-located with the Homewares Show, an exhibit that debuted in 2007 and was successful enough to return for an encore as part of this year’s proceedings.
As customary, Licensing Direct™, will be representing and attempting to secure leads for the product ideas belonging to the clients of the invention assistance companies that utilize them as their exclusive licensing agent. Licensing Direct™, will be extensively promoting Innovation Direct™, their proprietary new product idea subscription service for manufacturers that serves as the main vehicle for following up and establishing relationships with the leads garnered at the trade shows they participate in.
According to the National Hardware Show’s official website, over 3,000 exhibitors representing more than 150 product categories are expected, and approximately 30,000 attendees are primed to walk the aisles of the Las Vegas Convention Center and interact with them. In 2007, the show's official website cites 18% of those attendees as being of international origin, lending a true global component to the event.
After the show's conclusion, Licensing Direct™ will initiate the detailed follow-up process with companies met at the event in an attempt to establish successful working relationships that will eventually benefit the product ideas of its inventor clients.
