February 09, 2007 - CSG to Continue Supporting Puerto Rico’s Cable and High-Speed Data Subscribers
ENGLEWOOD, Colo. (Feb 8, 2007) ¾ CSG Systems (NASDAQ: CSGS), a leading provider of customer care and billing solutions, today announced that it has extended its agreement with Liberty Cablevision of Puerto Rico to provide customer care and billing support to its video and high-speed data subscribers.
In the extended agreement, CSG® will continue to deliver its Advanced Convergent Platform (ACP) customer care and billing system along with other complimentary products and services, including CSG Vantage reporting, Video on Demand (VoD) support, Customer Interaction Tracking and Enhanced Statement Presentation services, over the next five years.
Liberty Cablevision of Puerto Rico Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Liberty Global, is Puerto Rico’s second largest cable television operator.
Liberty Cablevision of Puerto Rico is the only operator to offer 100 percent digital video, high speed internet and telephony service using IP-based technology.
