Jazmin Whitley, designer of the Li Cari Label has a style that is tremendous and is a breath of much needed fresh air. With influence from her studies in Italy and Brazil Jazmin Whitley, began her career in fashion while still a high school student.
Today, Jazmin Whitley brings a passion and persistence to the world of couture fashion that is underscored by each of her garments, favoring such indulgent materials as silk, lace, and fur.
