The program will allow Advertising Specialty Industry (ASI) company’s residing in the Western Pacific region to leverage their individual strengths and become more competitive. Bill Oliver has been appointed to spearhead the growth of the Level III affiliate program. Oliver brings over 8 years of brand identity, promotional goods and corporate apparel experiences to Level III’s services offerings. Prior to joining Level III, Oliver held position as VP Sales/Marketing with ICAND Promotions where his main responsibilities were Managing Sales Force, Supplier Relations, and Strategic Product Development.
