Lee Brick And Stanton Homes Form Partnership In Support Of Veterans And Military

Raleigh custom home builder Stanton Homes and Lee Brick join together in support of local Veteran and Military families with “Stanton Homes for Heroes”.

Raleigh-Durham-Chapel Hill, NC (1888PressRelease) July 25, 2008 - Raleigh custom home builder Stanton Homes announces a partnership with Lee Brick and Tile Company Inc, with joint discounts on new homes for Veteran and Military homebuyers.

“We’re pleased to partner with Lee Brick on this important program for Veteran and Military homebuyers,” said Stan Williams, CEO of Stanton Homes. “The additional discount Lee Brick is adding to our Stanton Homes for Heroes program can help military homebuyers save additional hundreds or even thousands, on top of the three percent discount Stanton Homes offers off the price of a new home in this special program.”

The “Stanton Homes for Heroes” program offers an exceptional three percent discount to all Veteran or military homebuyers on the purchase of a new home – in addition to the deep value in every Stanton Home.

Lee Brick of Sanford, NC has offered an additional discount on the purchase of brick in any Stanton Home to be built for a Veteran or military homebuyer in this program. This discount applies to anything from brick steps and foundation veneers to brick accents, or full brick exteriors.

“We’re excited to be a part of the Stanton Homes for Heroes program, and look forward to helping support our troops and military personnel,” said Don Perry, President of Lee Brick and Tile Company, Inc. “We pride ourselves on being an American-made, family owned company. We’re part of the community, and this is one of the programs that we feel supports our community.”

The “Stanton Homes for Heroes” discount program is available for all Veterans, retired, and active duty military, including all branches of the Armed Forces, Reserves, and National Guard, who have served honorably for at least one year. Any Stanton Home may be purchased through the program, whether complete, under construction, or custom designed on a Stanton Homes lot or the buyer’s. The additional discounts through Lee Brick are available on any presale or custom designed home.

“The discounts really add up,” said Williams. “The three percent discount on the price of a new home amounts to $7500 off a $250,000 custom home. With a 100 percent VA Loan, this amount could cover closing costs, allowing a Veteran or military homebuyer to get into a home with no cash out-of-pocket. Add on the discount from Lee Brick, and check into our other great opportunities, and you’re saving some real money on an incredible home – a home that’s already an outstanding value.”

Both Williams and Perry agree – this kind of program is an important way that local companies can show support for military families – and the veterans that have served over past decades.

“We applaud the ‘Stanton Homes for Heroes’ program,” said Perry. “And we will continue to support the efforts of our troops abroad and at home, through our everyday actions and programs like these.”

*Additional discounts are also available on the purchase of a new Stanton Home, with a $2000 closing cost credit through one of the builder’s preferred lenders, plus partner discounts through Sears Commercial, Timberlake Cabinets, and a variety of local real estate professionals.
