December 26, 2008 - Emma James, leading NLP Trainer, therapist, author and World Champion will be speaking at the TLTA and ABH conference in Las Vegas on the 8th February 2009.
She will be discussing the benefits of the art of TLT in therapy used for sport application and performance and the effects it has had with her own clients as well as her own performance and results.
The use of Time Line Therapy in sport is a long forgotten effective therapy removing ingrained repeating behaviors and negative focus. It also has other specific uses within sport which Emma keeps closely guarded as this is specific to her clients she works with and teams.
“The problem we have is that so many people focus on techniques which provide a temporary solution and do not remove the real root cause of the issue. The use of Time Line Therapy in sport is little recognized as it is a lengthy process sometimes taking two to three hours to complete. However, the results are tremendous and provide a blank canvass to enable the athlete to build positive focus and motivation from after having removed the basis of the negative thought process”.
Emma, a twice world power lifting champion, 13 times European and 17 times British Champion, runs a successful therapy and training practice in Manchester, UK as also runs courses through the UK, Ireland, USA, Poland and Nepal including her ongoing work with the Nepal sports Council and Olympic Committee and in Northern Ireland and Italy.
She is also in talks with Iran to facilitate their athletes with her techniques and also Sport Hypnosis which she teaches and accredits.
