April 15, 2008 - Lauren-Elaine Designs (LED), the L.A. based women’s couture label by Lauren Elaine, travels to Austin, TX to collaborate with the city’s top boutiques to present the STILO Fashion Show Benefit for Safeplace.org at Vicci Nightclub beginning at 9pm on Friday, May 16th. The event is hosted by Unreal Entertainment and Lizbeth Vanadia.
LED recently launched during LA Fashion week this past March with the debut of the fall 2008 Mirage Collection. Designer Lauren Elaine welcomes the opportunity to support an important organization such as Safeplace, and is excited to return to Austin, having graduated from the University of Texas. The event will mark the second runway show for the Fall 2008 Mirage Collection.
Besides pieces by LED, the STILO Fashion Show Benefit will feature clothing from boutiques such as Goodie Two Shoes, Slate, Soigne, and Ten by Stacy Kenyon, hair and makeup by La Matadora Cosmetics and Salon Ciao Bella, and tunes by DJ Jason Jenkins. Unreal Entertainment is producing the event, and Austin Night’s TV personality Lizbeth Vanadia will be hosting. Doors open at Vicci Nightclub at 8pm, with the fashion show kicking off at 10pm.
