February 23, 2008 - EUGENE, ORE. – IDX, Inc. is pleased to announce the addition of Lanny Carver with Coldwell Banker San Juan to the list of real estate professionals integrating the IDX Broker search tool application into their websites. With the integration of this custom IDX feed, Carver is able to easily and immediately connect his site visitors with the thousands of breathtaking properties from his local Multiple Listing Service (MLS) the Northwest MLS (NWMLS).
IDX (Internet Data Exchange) is the process by which IDX Broker takes the raw property listings data from the NWMLS and feeds it to a custom search tool form on Lanny Carver’s website. IDX provides Carver with multiple tools which can help him save time, track his website’s traffic and appeal to consumers (advanced searches, slide shows, mortgage calculators).
