June 16, 2008 - Janet Tamburro, owner of Organizability Enterprises in New Holland, recently completed the Ladies Who Launch Incubator Intensive workshop with surprising results. Initially expecting to do the usual networking with local women to promote her business, Tamburro gained instant momentum through new ideas, instant connections and a platform focused on the female way of launching. Tamburro is a member of the National Association of Professional Organizers (NAPO).
“Through Ladies Who Launch, I’ve been able to grow my business in ways I never could if I hadn’t been part of the Incubator,” Tamburro says. “I’m now part of a local group of amazing women with a unique perspective on launching, as well as an online community of over 50,000 women.”
Megan Reese, the Ladies Who Launch Leader for Chester County and the surrounding areas, facilitates the four-week Incubator Intensive workshops designed to move women forward with their businesses, ideas or creative projects. Each workshop session is limited to eight to ten women to keep the atmosphere personal, open and focused.
“Women join the Incubator to obtain clarity for their ideas and increase momentum,” Reese says. “When the workshop is over, they’ve accomplished that, as well as made valuable connections, gained referrals and forged supportive relationships with other members.”
"What sets Ladies Who Launch apart from other seminars and workshops is the chemistry and subsequent energy that is generated from the female perspective and creativity everyone receives,” Tamburro says. “It absolutely affirmed to me that I am on the right track with my business."
Reese has a goal to grow the local Incubator to at least 100 women in the next several months. Along with Reese, Tamburro and the other current Incubator members are committed to expanding participation in the local Incubator. Free Incubator preview events are planned throughout the summer in various locations in and around Chester County. The preview events are intended to introduce women to Ladies Who Launch and the Incubator concept.
“I recommend it to any woman who is ready to move forward in a significant way with her business and life,” Tamburro says.
