Taborah's independent record and publishing company LahLah Music and LahLah Publishing derived its name from her daughter. The company was launched to maintain and establish control over the artist talent. This after many years of releasing her master recording only to find herself with out royalty payments. It was only then that LahLah Music was derived. LahLah Music will launch its first CD in May 2008, accompanied with a graphic music video.
