Krazy Duck Productions publishes the works of Russell A. Vassallo and Virginia G. Vassallo. Russ has written two books about animals, Tears and Tales and The Horse with the Golden Mane. He is at work on his third book, Streetwise, which is a memoir of growing up in Newark, NJ, during the 1940s and 1950s. Russ grew up in the Ironbound section which was the home to many Mafia personnel.
Virginia G. Vassallo wrote a biography about her grandfather, Guy T. Viskniskki, who founded The Stars and Stripes newspaper during World War I. It is the newspaper that is still supporting our troops today. She is very proud that her grandfather's founding principle, By and For the Soldiers, still is the guiding light behind the paper today. |
