March 21, 2008 - HighOrbit Corporation has signed KPN Telecom BV as a client. KPN, located in Gravenhage, Netherlands, will use HighOrbit’s Business Process Management (BPM) automation solution to streamline processes for internal purposes.
“My department, Development & Consultancy Networking,” said Leo van den Barselaar, technisch consultant, “provides network solutions for business customers based on functionality that is not included on the standard KPN pricelist. The main goal of the process, which is supported by the HighOrbit BPM tool, is to produce internal proposals, including a global design, cost/impact for building the network and cost/impact for managing the network remotely several years running. Furthermore, the workflow tool will give us the management information we need to improve the process overall.”
