September 15, 2007 - Earthbound Media Group (EMG) is excited to announce its recent partnership with leading software manufacturer and imaging processor, Kofax. Tasked with creating six, 30-second vignettes to promote Kofax’s patented Virtual ReScan (VRS) Software, EMG is developing these entertaining online commercials to build the Kofax brand.
The short vignettes will be screened at select trade shows and become an important fixture of the company’s VRS Software marketing campaign. Created for online distribution as well, these commercials are intended to be a viral content resource for the general public as well as VRS Software’s target audience.
Designed to improve the scanning process, reduce document preparation time and produce perfect scans, VRS software is a unique product in its market. Its stand-out features and many attractive advantages have given the creative team at EMG an excellent starting point. Featured in the spots is a central character who finds himself in some of the most implausible office situations only to be brought to reality by his cubicle mate before VRS Software saves the day.

The spots’ scripts have been approved and the cast has been selected. Shooting begins in late September, and the spots are scheduled for completion in early winter.
