A recent CBS Evening News segment listed 26 trace pharmaceuticals found in United States drinking water supplies. According to the Associated Press, three medications, including an antibiotic, were found in Arizona drinking water. This is in addition to the two recent TCE, a suspected cancer-causing chemical, contaminations in Scottsdale and Paradise Valley.
