March 20, 2008 - Houston, TX – Kiersted / Systems, a seasoned leader in electronic discovery and legal technology consulting, today announced that it is expanding its executive team with the appointment of Linda Gordon as its first Vice President of Sales and Marketing. Gordon, a 30-year veteran with broad experience in technology-based solutions, is tasked with driving sales and account management practices that will support Kiersted / Systems’ growth objectives.
During the past year, Kiersted / Systems has added several important new consulting areas, such as Forensic Services and Foreign Language Processing, as well as expanded Matter Management and Litigation Readiness and Response services. It has also announced key partner relationships, such as Mitratech and Introspect from Zantaz. This business growth has resulted in the need for a seasoned leader with the ability to leverage their existing premier name accounts and continue to build and forge key account relationships and consistently drive results.

Gordon joins Kiersted / Systems after serving as the EVP of Sales and Marketing at Bridgeway Software, makers of matter management software. In this role, she helped grow the business 35% each year and helped build the infrastructure necessary to service Fortune 1000 corporations. Gordon has a unique mix of sales management, general management and marketing skills, accumulated through career experience in start-up, middle market, government and Fortune 500 organizations. Gordon earned her BA in Mathematics from the University of Texas.
