October 17, 2008 - HE Yousef Hussain Kamal, the Minister of Finance & Economy of the State of Qatar will deliver the Keynote Address at the 3rd Annual World Islamic Infrastructure Finance Conference which will be held on the 28th October 2008 at the Intercontinental Hotel Doha, Qatar.
The Minister is also the Secretary General of the Supreme Council for Economic Affairs & Investment, and Chairman of the Qatar Financial Centre Authority, Qatar National Bank, Qatar Steel Co, and Ras Gas Co. His Excellency also serves on the boards of Qatar Foundation, Qatar Investment Authority and Public Works Authority, as well representing the State of Qatar as Governor to the IMF, The World Bank, Arab Monetary Fund, The Islamic Development Bank, and the OPEC Fund.
