January 17, 2009 - WILDER, KENTUCKY - Key Solutions announced today it has achieved SMB Specialization from Cisco®.
The SMB Specialization recognizes Cisco resale channel partners whose primary focus is on the small and medium business (SMB) market with fewer than 250 employees.
The partnership and SMB specialization with Cisco enables Key Solutions to provide its customers with simple, affordable, and easy-to-manage unified communications.
The Cisco solution eliminates multiple servers and combines voice, data, Automated Attendant, video, security and wireless capabilities. The benefits of the Cisco solution include operational productivity and efficiency- controlling costs by reducing local line fees, long distance costs and eliminating the cost of duplicate cabling for separate data and voice systems.
Key Solutions opened its doors for business in 1989 and subsequently incorporated in 1990. We began in a small office in downtown Cincinnati, Ohio as an IBM Reseller of Midrange Equipment. Our headquarters (including an expansive Technical Center) is now located in Wilder, Kentucky in close proximity to downtown Cincinnati.
