June 14, 2008 - Edmonton, Alberta, Canada - Kathy Nilsson joined the Fargo Team January 08. “I get four mornings a week training for 20 minutes. I can call, email or IM any of my up line team members at any time. They get back to me promptly and will answers all my questions. I have learned to IM, to blog, to write press releases, to build an internet business, to get free leads from the internet and how to be a great team leader”, says Nilsson.
When you are building your own business in Network Marketing, the most important decision you make, of course, is which company to partner with. The second most important decision you make is which team within that company you choose to be placed into.
Usually, most people don’t think about the team. They join under the distributor who introduced them to the company. It is only after they join the team that they realize just how important the Team (or up line) is. They will either be guided, taught, and built by their up line or they will sit and do nothing because they have no support or training.
Her team leaders, Shawn Gray, Erica Wilcox, Jason Jordan, Cait Stanley and Chad Nilsson, while living so far apart, have put their individual backgrounds and talents together to develop an internet presence for the Fargo team that is having extremely positive financial consequences for all participating team members.
The Fargo Team has helped Kathy Nilsson build her business to the point that she will be a Team Leader shortly. “I could never have grown this fast and received all the training that each team member gives for free if I was not part of this dynamic Fargo Team.”
Kathy Nilsson has a background in communications and teaching. She was the editor of “The Thorn,” Kwantlen College’s monthly magazine and has had several articles published. She started her network marketing business five months ago. She is fast becoming one of the great team leaders on the Fargo Team.
