July 02, 2008 - Los Angeles, California - Buzzworthy pop rock artist Kaitlyn Anderson’s new single “UNHAPPY” off her debut EP “A New Word for Over” was the #1 most added single at AC and Top 40 radio on the indie charts according to New Music Weekly. This is a huge crossover feat for an indie artist. Additionally, Anderson’s single is on the AC/40 “Up and Coming” charts for NMW (New Music Weekly) among the likes of heavy hitters such as Natasha Bedingfield, Coldplay and newcomer Duffy. To top it off, Anderson also made a Top 200 Chart Debut on FMQB (Friday Morning Quarterback) after breaking crossover barriers for a typical independent artist.
Tom Sebourne, Programmer Director from KFMI Eureka says, “Kaitlyn Anderson is going to be a hit on the west coast! Everyone is loving this single!”
Next up for the singer/songwriter is the IMN Top 30 Countdown (Independent Music Network) where she will be featured on the syndicated show in over 35 countries. Please visit www.independentmusicnetwork to support Kaitlyn and drive her single to #1.
