January 27, 2007 - With offices in Boston and Hingham, A.W. Perry is an established leader in real estate investment, development and management in the metropolitan Boston area.
Operating out of A.W. Perry's Hingham office, Ms. Yuskowski is responsible for the management and leasing of A.W. Perry's South Shore portfolio, including their flagship property, Serono North American Headquarters.
She has been with A.W. Perry since 1990, moving up through the ranks from Administrative Assistant to Assistant Property Manager of 125 Summer Street in Boston. After 125 Summer Street was sold, Ms. Yuskowski was designated as Property Manager for A.W. Perry's South Shore portfolio, and is currently Vice President.
Ms. Yuskowski has more than 20 years of experience in the real estate industry. Previous to A.W. Perry, she assisted in the management of a number of properties including 399 Boylston Street during her tenure with The Codman Company nd after that, six shopping centers in Massachusetts, Maine and New Hampshire while serving as Assistant Property Manager at Largo Realty in Chestnut Hill.

A graduate of Aquinas College and having earned the designation of RPA, Ms. Yuskowski is a member of the Building Owners and Managers Association. She is a Weymouth resident.
