2WayTrust supports organisations keen to improve their business performance by transforming teamwork through higher trust working.

We have developed three personalised products for businesses through a series of national Masterclasses with Chief Executives and Directors over the past two years.

Two of these products - 2WayTrust Appraisals and 2WayTrust Feedback – are now available to purchase. They offer organisations a new approach to appraisals and feedback.

2WayTrust Leadership has been designed as a Self-Assessment Guide to support leaders in tackling the ten most dysfunctional behaviours that hold back top teams.

Over time we will be developing this package as an alternative to Belbin and Myers-Briggs for leaders who want to take a more dynamic approach towards changing behaviours across their organisation.

In addition to our three products, coaching for top teams is provided by Pete Ashby, Managing Director of 2WayTrust. Pete also occasionally provides one-to-one Executive coaching and mentoring for Chief Executives.
