The Elias Fund is proud to present Eliasfest:
Voice of the Voiceless on May 5, 2007 at Nara Park in Acton, MA. This all day event full of music and charity will take place from 1:00pm to 9:30pm.
Headlining the music festival will be State Radio along with The Brew, The Casual Fiasco, Clarias, Barefoot Truth, Scarecrow Collection, Tin Can Tele, 3rd Left, Old Silver Band and The Help.
The festival will also feature special guest, Bongo Love, flying in straight from Harare, Zimbabwe will present listeners with a taste of traditional Zimbabwe music and give insight to the current situation in Zimbabwe.
The Elias Fund is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization that looks to provide hope and opportunity to Zimbabwean youth through community development and education while empowering the American youth culture to embrace their global role and make it an active one. Inspired by Elias and his two sons along with all of the communities in Zimbabwe, we welcome all to come out and join together for a good cause. A portion of the proceeds from Eliasfest will support the restoration of Acton's Teen Center and Skateboard Park helping local communities as well as Zimbabwe.
