October 11, 2006 - Mr. John Manning has joined G-Biz Canada as Director, International Business Development and will also provide technical support to the distributor/reseller channels.
Mr. Manning is a native of Montreal, Canada and will support G-Biz from the Montreal office.
John Manning has in excess of 25 years of experience in sales, marketing, and business development in the International market sector. He has held various positions, among which we mention Eicon Technology of Montreal (10-years) as Director, International Sales and Business Development where he launched the company into 65 International markets and positioned Eicon Technology as a world leader in IBM/SNA gateways, X.25 gateways, and ISDN modems.
He was the Vice President, sales for NetCorp, a company involved in Ethernet and GigaEthernet switching where he established a number of distributor networks and further held a consulting position of Director, Business Development for Voice and Data systems involved in Fax and Voice communications over packet networks.
Mr. Manning held the position of Director, Sales and Business Development in an International consultant role for Nicer Canada of Vancouver who is involved in Voice-over-IP gateway technology. He successfully positioned the company into the European and Asian markets.
John Manning is a Member MIEEE, a graduate in Aeronautical Electronics Engineering, and a graduate in Engineering with the University of Toronto. He has a wide background in Telephony, T1-E1 Multiplexing, Ethernet switching and data communication networks. John has lectured to distributors and end users around the world on a variety of technology subjects.
